The check-in time is from 4 pm and the check-out time is until 10:30 am. In any case, by arrangement the departure time can be extended and the time of arrival may be shortened according to the day schedule.In case of late arrival you will be informed about the receipt of the keys.
Within 1km of the beach of Milatos there are several fish taverns with very good food quality. There is also a mini-market for the purchases of basic supplies. You will also find many supermarkets in the city of Malia, which is located 8 ml from the villa, that are open until late at night every day and throughout the weekends.
All state and municipal taxes are included, so no charges will be added to the original price. Full equipment, bedsheets and towels are included throughout your stay. The villa is delivered to you ready for use.
If you wish to use a cleaning service during your stay, this can be arranged at a charge of 7 € / hour. The use of a heated swimming pool (Villa AVIA) is charged at least with a minimum of 245 € / week
Each villa disposes of 1 crib and baby highchairs. There are also inflatable baby mattresses.

Your villa is delivered to you ready for use. There is no cleaning personnel but you are provided with complete cleaning equipment and materials. If you would like to use a cleaning service, this can be arranged at an extra charge of 7 € / hour. For stays that last longer than two weeks the villa will be cleaned once a week without charge.
The pool is controlled for the pH of the water and the bottom of the pool is cleaned every Saturday/Sunday, while the gardener comes once a month by arrangement.
If a technician needs to visit the villa (plumber, electrician) you will be informed in due time.
Yes, for a period of 24 hours without any obligation. The villa is reserved for you until the expiration of the deadline. If you do not finalize the reservation by paying the advance payment within 24 hours, the villa automatically becomes available for a new reservation.
The gardener cleans and takes care of the garden twice a month after you have been informed. Also, once a month a disinfestation procedure of the indoor and outdoor spaces takes place against insects and mice with eco-friendly and child-friendly products.
